Responsibilities:

  • Use proper holding and timing systems to ensure food is safe and at the highest quality for our guests

  • Manage waste and store food according to procedure

  • Deliver portions that are correct and meet all weight and presentation requirements

  • Ensure First In, First Out (FIFO) model is being followed

  • Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level

  • Be on time and present for all scheduled shifts and find the proper coverage for shifts you cannot work

  • Proactively find ways to improve the store environment and guest experience • Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business

Qualifications:

  • Customer service oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Able to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis

  • Detail orientated

  • Able to multi-task

  • Work well independently and in a team environment

  • Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship
