Responsibilities:
Use proper holding and timing systems to ensure food is safe and at the highest quality for our guests
Manage waste and store food according to procedure
Deliver portions that are correct and meet all weight and presentation requirements
Ensure First In, First Out (FIFO) model is being followed
Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation and quality is top level
Be on time and present for all scheduled shifts and find the proper coverage for shifts you cannot work
Proactively find ways to improve the store environment and guest experience • Display good stewardship and a sense of ownership for the business
Qualifications:
Customer service oriented
Strong interpersonal skills
Able to lift 20-30 pounds on a regular basis
Detail orientated
Able to multi-task
Work well independently and in a team environment
Servant spirit with strong sense of stewardship
